The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them.
WIFI could be better...but it's free.
Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine.
The free breakfast was very filling.

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful.
The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

The service as expected was amazing and staff was outstanding but the hotel is dated and in need of capex. Three out of the four days we were there one of the two elevators that went to our room did not work.
Food was average at best the buffet breakfast had same items every day. Room service was atrociously priced US$ 60 approximately for a club sandwich. The hotel restaurant food was average at best.
In terms of service and staff Peninsula is just amazing but in terms of cost and foods etc not a good deal.
