"Everything was really great for the stay. The room was a good size and very clean. Our only challenge was that the elevators were hard to get since the hotel seemed very busy for the weekend."

"The room was a tight quarter, when we went out the time we was there and had leftovers, there's no microwave in the room nor on the property which to me makes no sense. The bed was trash and old it felt like it slanted woke up in pain. Its a decent hotel in a pretty good location a lot of eatery around as was as bars if that's you thing. Give it 3 stars because of the staff they're not better than a Marriott style hotel and they get away with it because of the location. If you just need a hotel to sleep so you can enjoy downtown Philly and not looking for anything extra go for it."

"Parking too expensive especially for overnight if paying hundreds of dollars to stay parking should at least be free. $12 for internet just for one night crazyyy imagine having to stay for a month and you have to do work also the pool being permanently closed is a no no, no microwave. If you’re thinking of staying call ahead don’t just look at what they put on the website."

"Every staff I met was wonderful except when I checked out. They would not let me leave my luggage with them until my flight left. I specifically called when I booked my room and said I had a late flight and asked if they would hold luggage and the gal said of course. I asked for a manager and explained to him and he still said no. They said I could go to airport and drop off luggage (suitcases for 15 days for three of us). That would take over an hour and one way uber was $68 one way plus the expense of checking in carry ons. Luckily I didn’t do that because my flight was cancelled. They said I was welcome to wait until lobby from 10:15 when I checked out until 5:30 when I’d go to airport. My flight was delayed around 12:30 to a later time so we decided to make other arrangements. I had a Hilton Rewards Card and cancelled it. I will never stay at a Hilton again after this."

"Breakfast menu was delicious, not a lot of vegetarian choices for lunch or dinner. Parking was easy. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the room was good quality, but had such a strong smell of old man cologne that it was gross."

"The location here is fantastic! The rooms are not huge but we had plenty of space and never heard another guest. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. Loved our stay! "
