We were tired & stressed & hoping to spend the day relaxing by the pool before our rescheduled flight. However, there is loud music EVERYWHERE in this resort (I know, we’re old!). "Overall the hotel is decent, However, The beds are very uncomfortable, a safe isn’t included in room charge, limited food options. On our last night we found a mouse in our room (our room was on the 3rd floor and we kept doors closed), we weren’t offered a new room, security came in with a pole and the mouse ran down the corridor (unsure what happened to it I believe it’s still in the hotel)"
