"One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Reception and management had no record of our reservation and said they do not normally work with hotels.com. I had requested hotels.com to contact them to arrange the free airport transfer but hotels.com was not able to contact them. Booking conformation contained only a phone contact which did not work and no email contact. "The location is great if you know your way around Addis, some staff members really makes an effort to make your stay pleasant while some are outright rude and hostile. I was not able to use the GYM area on the weekend as they do not allow customers staying in the hotel to use the facilities on weekends, the lady looking after the facility gave me a very rude speech about the rules being the rules. Overall there are better options for the price and I would not recommend the place."

    "It is a terrible Hotel. when I got the deal it was including breakfast and Airport shuttle service but I didn't get both. they deny me both. They are scam. The room they gave me bathroom is very bad. Mold in the shower and the toilet is moving and backup smell bad gives me headache. I don't recommend it to anyone."
