โClean, exceptionally helpful staff, very good value for money, very easy to find for transportation - and I had seen earlier reviews about hot water and this has definitely been resolved. (Plenty of nice showers!) Any time I had a question or issue, it was solved immediately.
Great coffee shop in the lobby, and most notably - I forgot a tablet in the lobby when I left and they kept and were responsive immediately. Plus, free airport shuttle.
Absolutely will stay again.

โThis hotel is off the beaten path (you'll need to ask the hotel staff to call a taxi, and once you're away from the hotel, you'll be lucky if a taxi driver knows it by name), but worth it. The room was very clean, huge, and relatively comfortable (the bed was exceptionally firm); the bathroom was very nice; and the internet worked well (though only via the ethernet in our room). We only ate one breakfast there, and it was fine (especially the coffee). They also held some luggage for a few days...
