"Loved our stay! Clean property and great location. The beach chairs were the best amenity. Helpful staff, clean room, great AC, breakfast was just okay but still convenient to have included before starting the day. Cool spa with sauna, steam and jacuzzi which came in handy on a cooler rainy day! Walkable with great restaurants close by."

"Nice hotel to stay along Plaka Beach. Easy to drive to the hotel and good car parking but I also see there is bus service every half hour from hotel to Naxos town. We didn't use the pool (and the hot tub wasn't hot, it was same temp as pool), but it looked ok for a swim. Good buffet breakfast, lots of variety"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Sundunes. The hotel had everything we were looking for like easy access to a beautiful beach, attentive food and drink service, a great breakfast each morning, and wonderful recommendations for things to see and do. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, enjoying ourselves, and even had safe and reliable transportation around the island. I especially want to recognize Ioannis, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was incredibly attentive while also having an easygoing, humorous personality that immediately put us at ease. In a way, he became a reminder that we were on vacation and should simply relax and enjoy it. While Ioannis stood out, that warmth extended across the entire staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, and together they created an atmosphere that felt effortless and full of great energy. If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel in Naxos where the people make the experience even better, I couldn’t recommend Sundunes more highly."

The staff was so welcoming and helpful with everything: from coordinating taxi services to renting a car. "We loved it here!! So close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious. There was a bus across the street to Naxos Town with lots of shops and restaurants! We hope to come back!!! They upgraded our room for free, the rooms were very nice and clean! The pool was as very nice and clean also."
