โThe hotel was really nice. The outside couldโve been kept up. There was a lot of leaves and dirt and stuff outside our door and around the property and there were a lot of kids that checked in that were annoying but overall it was a great hotel.โ

โI really loved everything about this hotel! The staff was really helpful especially since i made a last minute booking because another hotel (LA quinta) cancelled my reservation at the last minute with know notice!! If i could i would have stayed at the Hampton the whole labor day weekend! Free breakfast was a plus for my family and I as well. โ

โThey are remodeling so the property is in flux. Staff was kind and quiet when sleeping. The remodeled rooms are very nice with abundant usb plugs and power outlets. Breakfast was as expected. Would stay here again.โ
"I clearly left my clothes in the closet before checking out of this hotel. I contacted the hotel immediately after checkout, yet they kept claiming they had never seen anything and that nothing was found. I know exactly where I left my belongings, but the hotel denied everything and took no responsibility whatsoever.
When I complained in person at the lobby, they told me, "We'll follow up. If we find it, we'll contact you. If not, we'll consider compensation." But once I left LA, I sent multiple emailsโwhich they read but never replied to for days.
What made it worse was that while I was seriously explaining the situation, some staff nearby were smirking and laughing, as if it was a joke. It was disrespectful and completely unprofessional.
Thereโs a strong possibility that a housekeeper stole my belongings, yet the hotel conducted no real investigation, gave no updates, and offered no resolution. They just kept saying things like โWe understandโ and โWeโll do our bestโโbut did absolutely nothing.
Theft, zero accountability, and staff who mock customersโeasily the worst hotel experience of my life. Stay far away from this place."
