โHospitality was 10/10 staff was friendly, they not only spoke portuguese but english and spanish as well, super close to the airport. I super highly recommend. will for sure come back. they offer transportation from and to the airport and everything else is super close by. worth the stay โ
โestadia excelente รณtimo atendimento da recepรงรฃo, limpeza de รณtima qualidade cafรฉ da manha regular por ser uma รฉpoca de baixa estaรงรฃo, como fiz reserva com refeiรงรตes inclusa tive alguns problemas no almoรงo por questรฃo da demanda mas nada que desabone o hotel local excelente para descanso e lazer recomendo muito.โ
โPousada terrรญvel , chegamos por volta das 22:00, estava tudo sujo, quarto com ar condicionado sujo, banheiro horrรญvel, chuveiro nรฃo funcionava a descarga tambรฉm nรฃo, nรฃo tinha frigobar no quarto, camas com lenรงรณis ruins , colchรฃo ruim. Impossรญvel ficar no local , precisamos fazer uma reserva de emergรชncia em outro hotel, no outro dia entrei em contato com a pousada pois esqueci uma bolsa a dona falou que nรฃo me daria informaรงรตes e que se eu quisesse que reclamasse com o aplicativo ! Nรฃo entrem...
โAll the staff members were adorable and efficient, except for one older guy (night shift) who kept talking about politics and criticising the hotel, the area and the country at large. He was very negative and a terrible first impression, as we checked-in late and had to listen to his personal (unfairly) negative views about Brazil. I would recommend that he keep his personal politics outside work, especially as he doesnโt know what the guestsโ politics are.โ
