Loved the staff. Except the first receptionist at the so called Suites building who ignored & refused to grant my original request of a suite with balcony, until I insisted I had already checked in at the Resort building and this was granted. I left a waist bag in the cafeteria with $200, tel, two credit cards. The manager and an administrator brought to my room. I am eternally grateful to the staff in general. The resort is not a high end place to be as advertised. Huge rocks and strong crashing waves continually, but great for watching from a distance.
