The staff was not friendly nor cordial starting with the property manager, reported water leak in our bathroom and it was not fixed or even attended the problem. Breakfast had spoiled fruits with unwashed trays every single day (6 days in a row).

Gostaria de dizer que o hotel é excelente, prezo muito por uma cama confortável e o hotel supriu todas as minhas necessidades, o café da manhã é incrível e com muitas opções. O chuveiro tem agua quentinha, as meninas da limpeza são simpáticas o único ponto negativo e que os outros hóspedes realmente não obedecem as regras de silêncio.

O hotel fica bem localizado, perto do metrô, tem uma padaria em frente que fica aberta 24 horas e tem um restaurante logo depois dessa padaria. Minha experiência foi agradável, não se pode exigir muito do hotel, mas ele entrega razoavelmente o que promete.

Simples mais aconchegante, apenas estava um pouco barulhento. Como não conheço a cidade e fiquei apenas das 14 às 17h não posso avaliar se o local é perigoso, se há pouca opções de transporte. Sobre a limpeza estava limpa mas apresentava um cheiro de cigarro leve, apesar de ser proibido fumar nos quartos.
