"A estrutura do hotel é boa, moderna. EXPERIÊNCIA PESSIMA. NÃO ACONSELHO A ESTADIA DO HOTEL. Primeiro a acessibilidade, um morro tão íngrime que dá medo de subir. O hotel faz evento e não tinha vaga para estacionar. Foi uma dificuldade para achar alguma vaga. As dependências comuns do hotel você não consegue utilizar por causa do evento. Sobre limpeza, impecável. Porém o chão é porcelanato, um gelo. Café da manhã pessimo, os pães tudo duro e pouca opção pela estrutura do hotel e o preço que...

"We received a very bright and confident warm reception upon arrival. The lodges are clean & new this year. The small kitchen was practical for our stay. We could either explore the wild wonders around Pedra Azul, agrotourism (eg. local coffee & strawberries) or sit in the jacuzzi and relax. The bedding was pretty comfy too. The environs in and out of the lodge, where as wonderful as at any high-end hotel that we’ve stayed in. I hope the team that cares for the lodges can continue to grow this...

"A somewhat big area, poorly maintained, my chalet was in bad shape, small and built with inferior material (Have photos to prove).
On top of all that, it costs more in dollars than a good Disney Hotel such as Dolphin for example. This is a typical trap for uninformed tourist such as me. That being said, the region is amazing, full of nice places to stay and good food. Just avoid this place and you will be good to go."
