i paid for the renovation

totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights: dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling... breakfast was meagre and tasteless the WiFi worked, amazing

The hotel room and service are not even worth of 500RS per day, pathetic situation of the room and services All the information mentioned in cambay grand site is fake and Cheating the customer Hotel reception person has no word other than sorry when i addressed the complaint.

Disappointing

The hotel was completely rundown,definitely in need of refurbishment. The internet connection was non existent and the staff had no idea about how to resolve these issues. No television was available and despite complaining again this wasn’t sorted and no explanations were given. The complimentary water bottle was a used one ,open. None of my issues were dealt with and access to any manager was impossible. There weren’t any no smoking rooms available,therefore my bedroom smelt heavily of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant. No emergency lighting was available when the electricity cut off and I had to make my way downstairs in the dark,so quite dangerous. The site should use updated photographs of the hotel so that people know exactly they are booking.

Worst rooms, washrooms, Wi-Fi, restaurant with dirt, cockroach. Washrooms dirty, Very old property & not at all maintained. It is simply roadside or railway station type of lodging feel ..

Lodge Like Stay

A Lodge like stay. Swimming pool is closed since many months. Hot water for bath comes only in mornin that too frm 7:30 -10am. In breakfast they keep paper cups for tea and coffee and they give you cup and saucer only on request. 1 of the biggest thing missing was SMILE on each n every staff memebers.

まぁまぁ手頃なホテル

姉夫婦と2部屋頼み、中のドアで繋がっているお部屋にしてくれました。私の部屋はまぁまぁ綺麗に掃除されていましたが、姉の部屋は冷蔵庫の中がビチョビチョでカビが生えていました。床も掃除してるの？と言う感じで、洗面台も微妙でした。毎日毎日、足りないものがあり、トイレットペーパーやバスタオル、水などをハウスキーピングに電話して持ってきてもらいました。

Poot service

The hotel rooms are ok but the maintenance is very very poor. Rooms are not cleaned until forced to. Lobby is dirty. The hotel doesn't seem to have room service staff.

Nice hotel but very unhappy

The hotel is nice at budgeted price.but the food is soo expensive and the customer is not aware the chnage in rate card. Staff are pathetic in work if u call them to do a task u have literally followup becoz it's u who is suffering not them.i had problem with TV for the whole trip.there a wrong billing,I informed to change the billing but they denied but had manually deducted the amount.room service is extra worst n Pathetic u will die hungry by the time u get ur order that too with wrong billing. The hotel doesn't give any free WiFi in rooms,if u have to use then sit in the lobby.
