"The hotel is fine for a few days max. It is a little bit away from the center of Cuetzalan, walking back is tough because it is all uphill. The pillows and mattresses could use an upgrade, but overall it was a pleasant stay"

"It’s an old hotel. No modern features. The waters were wonderful. The smell is not overpowering. The buffet is okay. Nothing to write home about. I tried the spa pedicure. It’s not worth what they charge. But the Spa staff is very attentive."
