1. I had a trouble checking in. with my luggage, the check in office is far away from the apartment.
2. I had a trouble using free bike rental service, whose service time is btw 10am-12pm. only two hour. If I checked in the hotel over the noon, I lose my chance to rent a bike.
3. no additional amenity, towel and toilet paper. I spent 4 days, so I had to ask it. But they are not happy with it.
4. so cold at night. no heating system. a tiny heater was given, which cannot cover...

The vineyards, ancient trees (including over 300-year-old olive trees), historic surroundings, and the remarkable dinnerโboth the food and the serviceโwere outstanding. โWe found this place bt accident and were only going to stay one night. The town the people and especially the this hotel and staff were amazing. We ended up staying five days. Thank you so much for all the wonderful memories. โ
"The hotel was generally good. The breakfast was good and the hotel manager was nice. However, ants kept coming out of the bathroom, so it was difficult to deal with it. There was a story about bugs in the review, so I think you need to take care of them so that bugs don't come out."
