"We booked the room for an overnight stay, but shortly after checking in we encountered a strong unpleasant smell in the room, mainly due to the unclean washroom. The toilet seat was stained with urine marks upon arrival. Unfortunately, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and freshness expectations for a comfortable stay, so we had to check out within an hour. To make matters worse, we were neither offered an alternate room nor provided a refund by the management. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this facility to others."
