This is a nice hotel for this area, but not a 4 star hotel for American standards a 3 star hotel. The staff is very nice and most of them can speak English. Please consider heating the pool, which was ice cold, and make the warm portion of the breakfast better. These improvements will go a long ...

Hotel should not be in hotels.com listing , nothing described is correct , no lift no phone to call reception no cleaning no wardrobe no safe no many things it should be one star hotel and cost should be far less than what was charged
