"Was hirriabke experience, started by asigning same room to 2 family, ending by having the other family inside our room while we are there and aurging about this is thier room, then restaurant is anothor horrible experience, v small and it took us 25 mins to get table allocation, and staff is very unprofessional, no proper handling of first come first serve, tables are dirty, struggle to order something or even get a cutlery "

"Amazing resort . From the moment i entered the place i knew it was going to be good . Pool area a knockout ! Massive infinity pool overlooking the sea , with swim up bar . Pool was very warm so very inviting. Large steps i to the pool so small kids can play on the steps as well as lovely kids area with water slides and sprinklers. Kid heaven ! Open sir restaurant right next to pool overlooking the sea and pool . Great service from staff . Sea was warm in march and water clear in the mornings . Island rock with good snorkeling. Morning time calmer and clearer water . What’s not to like ? I’ll be back ! "

"Since we entered the room , the lights and the AC was turned off . After we switched it on , everything went off after one hour ! And every time we switched it on , after some while it goes off again suddenly with no reason ! We called the front desk and complained , but they did nothing , then we went personaly to the front desk to complain , and asked them to change our room , but they didn’t response .. We couldn’t sleep all night because of that , AC was going off every one hour , and when we checked out we blamed them for ignoring our complain and not changing our room , but they didn’t seem to be sorry ! Our room No. Was 607 , on 11 Feb 2026 . There was electric problems in this room , but they didn’t admit ."

"At check-in, they kept us waiting 30 minutes to inspect the room, even though we arrived around 8PM! When we got to the room, there was no towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and the water hose was ripped! They brought us towels at 11:00 pm, when we were already in bed. Also, the water heater was off, and we ended up realizing we had to turn it on ourselves after having a cold shower!!! The only positive was that the room was clean! "

"The hotel areas were generally in good condition and the staff were helpful and engaging. The pool was showing several areas of wear and tear with tiles missing and still lieing in the pool. The Address resident apartment was a nice size and very comfortable. The general communication around the trip wasn't great. The facilities at the apartment were disappointing and there was no ownship of our stay and the issues that occurred. "
