"What a special place! This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! Exceptional in every way. The food outstanding, the staff unsurpassed, the view incredible, the amenities excellent, the cleanliness-Next Level! We will definitely be back!!!"

"Had a great time and was perfect for a base for a week away. Apartment was modern and clean. Bedding was provided and towel hire was easy. The aircon unit didn't work but it was quite cool in there anyway. Shower did take a while to drain so could build up water during a shower. There was a bit of noise a few nights due to inconsiderate guests but would not fault the hotel for that. The hotel is on the same location as Hotel Marco Polo so you check in there. Market was disappointing. Empty shelves and had no milk over the weekend so had to walk 20 mins to Garda for basics. Pool area by the Pizzaria was the best pool. Water is cold but the area is nice and clean. Pizza restaurant was amazing and went a few nights during our stay. "

"A short walk from the waterfront, the hotel is bright, airy and very clean. All the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable, the mattress may be too firm for some but fine for us. A kettle and bottled water is provided. The air conditioning wasn’t working as it was still on the winter setting providing only heat even though temperatures were in the high 20s. Opening the windows meant we experienced quite a lot of road noise at night, although the area is very quiet during the day. There is a good selection of food at breakfast, including typical continental cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, juices, breads and pastries. Nespresso machines provide coffee and hot water for tea."

"Had supper one evening. Was going to go out but decided to stay at the hotel. Big mistake, it was awful! Mainly some salads, and ran out of main course. When they did replenish it was cold. Ended up still going out to eat."

"This hotel exceeds our expectations, everything is new or like new, very modern. Decor with a great taste, beautiful lobby and bar, easy and quick check in. NIce elevator, very beautiful room with a nice balcony with lake view. Bathroom with everything that you need, very nice shower, exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable abd clean. Staff very helpful and very welcoming. Hotel very close to ferry snd bus stop. Very happy with this hotel, Thanks."

"This is an excellently located hotel right on the lake. The furniture in our room was a bit spartan and tired but the room was a good size and the bathroom was large and updated. The included breakfast was of good quality and variety. Overall a good value for the price. "
