"Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. "They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! "We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Geneva Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel overall was clean, well maintained, lively and welcoming. The staff were very kind, professional and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet was also very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, with excellent blackout curtains that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. There were a couple of events happening at the hotel during our stay, but we were not disturbed at all and could not hear any excessive noise from our room. A few small points that could be improved: there was an unusual smell coming from the bathroom from the first day, which became noticeably stronger by the time we checked out. It did not smell like sewage and the bathroom itself was clean, so perhaps it could be related to moisture or something that needs to be checked internally. The pool area was nice, but the water did not look very clear during our two-day stay, which made us hesitant to use it. More frequent water treatment or maintenance to keep it looking crystal clear would make the pool much more inviting. The AC was also quite strong, and we were not able to figure out how to properly control the temperature. These are only small points for improvement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable and well taken care of, and would happily recommend Geneva Hotel to other travelers and families."

"The hotel is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. The pools are all nice, and the room was magnificent. However, when we arrived for check in our room was not ready and they took two extra hours and kept us waiting. Then, they still rushed us out the next day and didn’t give us much extra time despite the fact that they got us the room late because they overbooked. The hotel itself is lovely but very disappointed in the disorganization and being rushed out."
