"Picked up at the carparking area in Wadi Rum village and went directly on 4 hour jeep tour finishing with amazing sunset panoramic views. Staff very friendly. Tent was very comfortable with amazing views. Dinner fabulous as was sitting by an open fire drinking tea and chatting with other guests. Very quiet at night and slept so well. Sunrise camel 🐪 tour was a highlight of my adventure and a wonderful breakfast to finish of my wonderful stay. "

From the moment we arrived in Wadi Rum, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt at home. We drove ourselves to the meeting point, where Eid, the camp owner, greeted us with a huge smile and genuine hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. Before heading into the desert, he invited us into his home to relax over tea while showing us the different tour options — no pressure, just honest advice and care to make sure we chose exactly what we wanted. Our guides, Ata and Marwan, made the desert come alive for us. Their energy, humour, and stories added so much to the experience — and their photography skills were unbelievable! They captured some of our favourite photos from the trip, especially during the breathtaking sunset over the mountains, where the two of us watched the desert glow in complete peace. It felt like time stood still. Back at camp, Sayed had prepared a beautiful dinner that was bursting with flavour — easily one of the best meals we had in Jordan. "Staying at Rum Bubble Luxotel was truly an out-of-this-world experience. From start to finish, the staff made everything seamless. We were picked up at a nearby gas station, and they drove us with all our luggage into the desert by jeep (about a 15-minute ride). Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and staff kindly helped transport our bags to our bubble via golf cart. We arrived around 5 pm, so the bubble’s covers were open, and we could see straight through — absolutely magical. After freshening up, we joined the 4x4 jeep tour organized by the hotel. At only 35 JD per jeep (not per person), it was a fantastic deal. Watching the sunset across the desert and visiting filming locations for famous movies was unforgettable. Back at camp, we enjoyed a buffet-style dinner. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Later that night, I did the sky tour (20 JD) and loved getting the chance to use a telescope to view the incredible night sky — such a unique highlight. Our bubble itself was spotless. The bed was very clean and comfortable, and the shower facilities were also clean, though some of the flooring and robes felt a little outdated. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. The next morning, breakfast was also served buffet-style, offering a good variety to start the day. Overall, Rum Bubble Luxotel gave me a magical desert stay filled with comfort, adventure, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a once-"

"Adel and his family were very helpful and friendly. The dinner there was also yummy. The camp is family friendly with a small playground where my daughter had some good time with their kids. Highly recommend the tours too especially the star gazing tour. The tent was clean and spacious. We had stable hot water during two nights. Only issue was the toilet not flushing very well but it is understandable in the desert."
