"It was truly a pleasant experience. The staff were professional and genuinely kind people. I enjoyed staying there with my family and believe everyone else will, too.
The only downside was the ongoing renovation work — it was a bit noisy, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall one of the best experiences i ever had (especially in Dubai).
