The pool was closed. The staff was unwelcoming. The fridge was broken. The shower had mold. The ice machine was broken. No vending on site. Gym discounted pass was not honored. AC worked well. Bed was soft.

The Lodge at Cloudcroft
Clean very large rooms for a structure built in 1899. Room cleaned each day, excellent restaurant that the locals flock to. Very nice hikes close by. Just remember you’re at almost 9000 ft altitude. Rooms are air conditioned but hardly need it.
