Wonderful Hotel

The hotel is beautiful really 5 stars the crew are wonderful special thanks to Merjen GRM,Yakup and Arzu in lobby bar,the hotel is clean the rooms are cleaned every day the food was very good the personal was excellent,very clean with a lots of hospitality.Everyone is so pleasant.Less places by the pool cause the guests are blocking the chairs.Special thanks to everyone specially the GRM Merjen and the executive chef.We will definitely be back.

Aile oteli tabiri uygun olacaktır. Resepsiyonda kibar bir beyfendi güzel bir şekilde karşıladı ve isteklerimizi yerine getirdi. Oda ve temizlik iyiydi lakin havlular söylenildiği takdirde değiştiriliyordu. Günlük ya da en fazla iki günde bir değiştirilmesi hijyen açısından daha iyi olacaktır. Genel olarak yemeklerde her çeşit seçenek sunulmuştu. Lezzetli yemekler yapılıyordu. Otelin yanındaki büyük havuz yeterli sayılabilir lakin Aquapark kısmı yetersiz. Şezlong bulmak çok zor oluyordu. Plajının olduğu yerdeki sulama kanalının pis suyunun denize akması rahatsızlık vericiydi. Bu sebeple deniz yerine havuzda daha fazla zaman geçirmemize sebep oldu. Genel olarak fiyat performans oteli diyebiliriz.

Güzel eğlenceli ve sorunsuz bir tatildi

Konaklamamız tahminimizden çok daha iyiydi güzel bir otel, açıklayıcı ve yardımsever çalışanlar ile gayet keyifliydi denize bayıldık çok temiz ve keyifli idi. Otel de eksik değilde tatmin edici olmayan belkide havuzlar aqua parkın alan olarak küçüklüğü olabilir. Yemekler konusunda sıkıntı yok ancak snack barlardaki yiyeceklerin sabit olması çok bizi biraz üzdü. Temizlik konusunda otel çok temiz ancak oda temizliği ve odadaki havluların değişimi biraz sorunlu onun harici güzel ve eğlenceli bir otel biz memnun kaldık sanırım fiyat performans kıyaslaması ile birçok konaklayanda memnun kalır

Rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen ukala bir sorumluyu telefon başına oturtmuşlar otelimiz dolu gelsenizde yerimiz yok iptal ettirin bankanızı arayın ödemeyi onaylamayın gibi konuştu hotels yetkilisi görüştükten sonra siz bana düzgün anlatamadınız sorun sizde diye üste çıkmaya çalışıyor kabadayı gibi otele geldiğimde görüşelim dediğimde sizi bekliyorum diyip yerinde olmuyor genel anlamda çalışanları suratsız güler yüzlü hizmet genel anlamda yok ben bu tarz durumlara karşı olduğum için çok vasat bir otel diyebilirim bunun haricinde sorun yok kalmanızı önerirmiyim bu kadar para verip arkanızdan küfür eden çalışanların olduğunu bilmektense önermem

bayram tatili olarak seçtiğimiz otelinizde konaklama ve temizlik adına bi sıkıntı çekmedik. sadece animasyonlar yabancı uyruklu kişilere daha fazla önem verip yerli ziyaretçileri fazla etkinliklerin içine dahil etmiyor. ama çocuklu ziyaretçiler için güzel bir yer. Teşekkür ederiz.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Fantastic!!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I went with 2 children. Aqua park was fantastic and there was another separate pool. Food was excellent. There was food literally everywhere you go, at the beach they had plenty of food and drinks, near the Aqua park, another one near the pools, and 4 different places within the hotel building. Beach was decent and nicely connected to the hotel through a tunnel which is under the main road. Loved our stay and staff were well mannered. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Plenty of shops nearby for all kinds of necessities.

Ultra fiyaskoo

Otel beklediğim kötü Aynı fiyatı çok daha iyi konaklama imkanları var biliyorum. Yeni diye bu oteli seçtim ama yemekler standart hep aynı çeşit sözde açık büfe ama aynı şeyler hep tatlıları tam fiyasko. Bi baklava veya kadayıf koyamadilar 3 gün boyunca . Ekmeklerin çoğunluğu bayat . Temizlik anlamında zayıflar . Lobide servis yok hicbiryerde yok daha doğrusu herşeyi gidip kendiniz alıyorsunuz . Sözde ultrahersey dahil konsept. Hamama gidiyorsunuz sabun yok. Istiyorsunuz vermiyorlar ama bizden sonra Rus bir çift gidip istediğinde onlara veriliyor sabun ???!! Kısacası bir daha hicbirzaman gitmem bu otele gitmeyi de tavsiye etmem.

Der schönes Hotel

Ich war dort mit meiner Familie unterwegs, das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Es verfügt über 2 Pools. Ebenso hat es zusätzlich neben allen beiden Pools Kinderbecken. Personal ist sehr nett und redet und macht Witze mit einem. Die Managerin Eylül dort ist jederzeit für einen da und kümmert sich um die Kunden.
