"Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. "

"The property was not located in Alanya as per the address on our booking. The villa is located on the top of a hill, in The Mahmutlar area. The road to the villla is unsafe, with poor visibility, surrounded by construction and rubbish. Lots of ants inside the villa, we got bitten many times. It’s located on a very steep area and far away from the amenities of the resort, you need to walk up a hill for about 20 minutes. Our air conditioner didn’t work, we complained many times. "Please note this isn’t regarding the villa we didn’t get the villa we got an apartment Three weeks before our holiday we got a call to say the villa wasn’t available and offered us a family sized apartment which was lovely and actually better than the villas looked we had lift access to pool and all other services in the hotel, The villas was quite a distance away from the hotel As compensation for no villa we was offered a full day all inclusive on arrival we had to ask for it after finding...

"This property was as advertised. Great morning/evening views from both balconies. Staff was helpful and friendly. Did have a problem with hot water initially however, that got fiixed and more issues after that. I would recommend without reservations this property."

"The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Plenty of desserts as well. Food was tasty. Beach is not far: 5 min walk to the nearest beach bar with chase longs,...
