We arrived in the lobby and asked if we can cancel and receive a refund because we needed to get urgent to Izmir. The lady at the front desk called the manager and the manager said it is ok, they can cancel and we can go. But they did not respect what they said, we did not receive a refund.

İlk verilen odada daha önce bir tadilat çalışması yapılmış ve temizlenmemişti. Resepsiyona söyledik, başka bir oda verdiler. O oda da tek havlu takımı ve tek terlik vardı. Bunları söylediğimizde de özür dilediler. Bir de odanın ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü. Dışarıdaki yol ve konuşma sesleri olduğu gibi odanın içindeydi. Otel personeli çok kibardı ama bir günlük seyahatte yaşanabilecek kötü bir tecrübeydi.

Une excellente surprise .

Belle chambre, une terrasse agréable. Le personnel est à l'écoute , disponible : notre chambre donnait sur le jardin où se tenait un mariage, à notre demande on nous a immédiatement attribué une autre chambre plus spacieuse et tranquille. Un excellent rapport qualité prix Un seul point négatif : manque de lumière dans les chambres.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here, although we arrived during a wedding celebration. Noise levels were very loud. The host was kind enough to provide an evening meal for us despite the wedding.
