Standard 3-star overall feeling. Rooms fine, Great with metal window roller shutters (Tapparelle). Hotel has its own beach operations which is good as in July it is hard to find available sunbeds otherwise, but it not cheaper than other beach ops.

I didn't like the fact that the beach has only been accessible during the opening hours and that one had to reserve a spot a day before or more (deck chair and umbrella) and that one had to pay for that (EUR 36 for 2 during low season) for the whole day. I would like to go the beach for 1-2 hours in the morning, enjoy the sunrise, leave for a bit, have some fun during the day elsewhere and then maybe spend again time at the beach if I feel like it. And I wouldn't mind to bring my own towel and lay on the sand but unfortunately, that is not possible in the whole village.

La struttura è molto datata. Sono evidenti alcuni ammodernamenti nel mobilio delle camere ma bagno, infissi e struttura in generale è di almeno 25 anni fa. Molto diversa dalle foto pubblicate sul sito internet. La colazione è varia e di qualità e compensa le mancanze della struttura. Il personale si sala molto gentile ed efficiente. Tengono ad instaurare col cliente un rapporto semplice, rilassato ed informale. Molto apprezzato. Durante la notte si sentono i rumori in strada. Non è per niente insonorizzata. La spiaggia non distante è dotata di docce, teli ed armadietti di sicurezza. Ben gestita. Ci vorrebbe solo qualche verifica alla sabbia. Ho trovato un pezzo di vetro in prossimità della prima fila degli ombrelloni. Puo capitare ma puó risultare pericoloso. Non ho personalmente gradito il pagamento dell’ombrellone in una struttura 4 stelle con tariffe cosi alte. 60 euro per un ombrellone e due lettini forse è esagerato. Soprattutto se sei cliente dell’Hotel. La posizione è buona a solo 20 m dal mare e dal lungomare di Alassio. Il Balcone era condiviso con altre camere anche se delimitate da una grata bassa e da alcuni muretti. Uscendo sul balcone ci si imbatte con la finestra del vicino che se non ben chiusa si rischia di violare la privacy. Nei corridoi delle stanze ci sono macchie al soffitto come da infiltrazione. Scarsa la pulizia dei tappeti degli ingressi e delle scale.

Ho apprezzato la camera standard perché aveva il balcone e un bagno molto spazioso, anche quest'ultimo con accesso sul balcone. La colazione è a buffet, con proposte dolci e salate. Il personale della reception e del ristorante è molto cordiale e disponibile.

Fint hotell langs stranden i Alassio. Rent og ryddig og hyggelig personale. Frokosten var overraskende god. Gianni i resepsjonen var hjelpsom med parkering når vi ikke hadde forhåndsbestilt. Det er dyrt å leie solstol i Alassio, men hotellets strand ga god service.

Ris och ros

Först det positiva: Hotellet har ett väldigt bra läge, personalen är väldigt trevlig och städningen var perfekt. Hotellet har en egen del av stranden som var väldigt fin med egna strandstolar, toalett och uppvärmd dusch. Det kostar dock 18 euro per person för solstol och tillhörande paraply som blir dyrt för en familj om man stannar flera dagar. Till det negativa: Hotellet är väldigt lyhört och vi bodde över en helg och då var det en hel del spring i korridoren av ungdomar vilket störde nattsömnen. Ännu värre var grannens hundar som skällde halva natten. Personalen gjorde vad de kunde för att hjälpa till men sömnen var redan förstörd. Frukosten var okej. Hotellets garage har ett par platser som är väldigt tighta att parkera på - svårt eller omöjligt för en större bil att parkera på.
