Wonderful staff, wonderful view, wonderful pool and gym and lots of food. Its is a premier hotel and very unique. If you stay do look at all the historic photos in the main building describing a life in Allasio 100 years ago.

Gorgeous historical villa, with amazing cliffside views of Alassio, phenomenal restaurant, and an amazing garden. The room that we stayed in was well appointed, had luxurious decorations and a lot of historical decor items. The infinity pool was gorgeous, and the drinks were phenomenal. The restaurant was also very good, and we had to try the five course prix fixe menu. The staff was amazing, and were very courteous, professional and helpful.

I was looking for elegant, luxury , quiet place close to the sea and tennis club with the spa. This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. In the center of Botanical Garden I spent several days. Only 19 th rooms. I felt like I was a guest of my friends in the luxury villa. Manager Lina and director of the Spa Roberta made my stay very special.Thanks Villa Della Pergola, I will be back.

The property is in a fantastic location with stunning panoramic views across Italian riviera and surrounded by wonderful gardens. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped . The reception staff are attentive and always there to assist. Service in the dining room is somewhat haphazard and unco-ordinated however and not up to the usual Relais & Chateaux and Michelin standard in my opinion. Breakfast in particular seems to be a particular difficulty. The breakfast buffet looks great but the choice is limited to cheese, fruit, yoghurt and cakes. Bearing in mind that this is already a princely hotel it is particularly disappoint that there is an additional charge at breakfast for some items eg eggs Benedict Euro 25, avocado and egg on toast Euro 15. If breakfast is offered as ‘included’ there should not be additional charges for fairly straightforward items - especially when catering for an international audience.

Très mauvaise expérience Nous étions venus l année dernière et etions tres contents Cette annee l hôtel a changé . Le personnel est désagréable ( sauf a la piscine) La réceptionniste du soir a été particulièrement hostile et impolie. Nous avions besoin d un taxi pour revenir de la ville le soir elle a refusé de nous en réserver un . C est inacceptable pour le un relais et château Quand nous avons voulu en parler au manager le matin suivant elle n etait pas la . Nous avons pu finalement la joindre au téléphone mais elle n avait pas le temps car elle avait un rendez-vous chez le médecin… Visiblement l hôtel n est pas tenu et le personnel fait ce qu il veut. Le restaurant du soir était fermé et quand nous avons voulu avoir une collation le serveur a dit qu il était trop tard ( 9 h du soir ) et qu il travaillait depuis 12 h!!. C est dommage car l endroit est magnifique mais nous n y retournerons plus car le personnel est vraiment désagréable et impoli. A déconseiller

Eine wahre Perle an der Ligurischen riviera!

Eine absolute Perle! Hochklassisch, freundlich und sehr angenehm! Fantastisches Personal, diskret aber auch lustig! Habe viele Hotels gesehen aber VilladellaPergola gehört zu den allerbesten! Lässt wirklich keine Wünsche übrig! Eins zu merken, nicht für Kinder, wäre störend für die Erwachsenen und langweilig für die Kinder also bitte nicht mit Kinder hinreisen

Remarkable setting...but just short of perfect.

Set on the hills above Alassio, Villa Della Pergola aspires to be an Anglo-Italian paradise, and it very nearly succeeds. The gardens are majestic. sculpted out of 20,000 square meters. Nooks of diverse flora around every corner, an expertly-blended collection. A narrow drive connects the tiers, cut across by grassy paths and rough-hewn stairs leading to quiet perches perfect for soaking in the aromas of the citrus gardens: eucalyptus, lemon, chinotto. The villas themselves set above the wild gardens, encircling an ancient eucalyptus and looking out toward the sea. With all that, you'd suspect perfection all around. But the guest experience is uneven. > Service at NOVE doesn't match high quality of food. After our meal, we waited 25 mins for requested digestivo. We were unable to get the attention of any waiter to attend to us. We eventually left without. After mentioning this to management next day, response was lukewarm > No iron in room, none available to be brought to room, + guests are charged high rates for each item to be pressed. VDP would do well to follow tradition of St Regis + others -- 2 free items a day > Breakfast sorely lacking in variety of selections > Air con very subpar, unable to keep the room consistently cool > Attitude of certain staff consistently cold, uncaring > Tour of gardens delivered thoughtlessly A remarkable property with so much to recommend it. A truer dedication to guest experience would help this property reach its potential.

Einfach traumhaft!

Villa ist wunderschön, Suite war top, Sehr große und gepflegte Gartenanlage, Personal aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Pool könnte etwas größer sein. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum leicht abfallenden Strand.

un site idyllique

Le site est d’une beauté à couper le souffle et l’ensemble du personnel d’une gentillesse hors du commun. Le restaurant ajoute la possibilité de rester en vase clos. Le peu de chambres permet la tranquillité la plus totale face au tumulte de la Riviera en cette période aoûtienne. Il est certain que nous reviendrons.

Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Es war ein Traum! Der Park, Das Hotel, die Zimmer, einfach alles ist sehr schön gemacht. Wir genossen es sehr da zu sein und haben am nächsten Morgen auch noch das schöne Frühstück Buffet genossen. Alles nur vom besten! Wir kommen sicher wieder und werden das Hotel gerne unseren Freunden empfehlen.

Secluded Retreat - ultimate relaxation guaranteed

Our visit to the Villa della Pergola was one of our most enjoyable holiday experiences. From the welcoming reception to the estate to our time to leave the service, standard of food, attentive and helpful staff could not be faulted in any way - I can not think of a negative item or observation to write. We were staying in the Villino della Pergola which is a beautiful villa . The gardens were a joy to explore and the pool area was very nice area to kick back and relax. We strolled down the hill into town on most days, Alassio is a very pretty and welcoming town, we managed to raise a few smiles with our attempts at Italian. We were amazed at the efficiency of the house maids, how they managed to attend to the rooms on a number of occasions during each day without ever being seen by ourselves - very discreet. When it was time to check out (very early in the morning) the hotel had set up a table in the dining room so we could have a light breakfast before leaving. Looking forward to revisiting this little haven.

Abbiamo trovato molto disponibilità, infatti quando abbiamo prenotato non sapevamo ancora a che ora avremmo fatto il check-in, visto che ci sposiamo quel giorno. Quando siamo arrivati nonostante fosse luna ci hanno portato i bagagli in camera è preso i documenti senza farci passare dalla reception. La camera situata nel villino era molto bella e comoda. Unica pecca, probabilmente dovuta al calore della giornata, è stata la difficoltà nell'avere acqua fresca in bagno infatti dai rubinetti usciva o calda o tiepida soprattutto i primi 10 minuti. Nella stanza la fuoriuscita dell' aria condizionata è impedito parzialmente dalla tenda per cui di notte il calore si fa un po' sentire, a meno che non si preferisca tenere leggermente aperta la tenda favorendo però l'ingresso di luce
