"During the past 3 or 4 years since my previous stay in the hotel, its condition and overall service have deteriorated substantially. When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. "There were lots of mosquitos in the room and we literally had to request for a coil. Geysers did not work n every morning we had to request hot water in a bucket n needless to tell that it takes a min of 20 to 30 mins. Food was good in the restaurant but had a very limited options. It was definitely not worth the money I spent."
