“Portanova is a beautiful hotel that is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

They have tree nets to lay and rest:) The owner gave us water and fruits and they had sleepers, toothpaste and toothbrush ready for us”
“This may be the only time a hotel far exceeded its photos and website. What a beautiful property! And the staff were always kind and helpful, yet without being overbearing and fussy. Special kudos to Frensis and Don (??) at the reception desk. Our room was spotless and offered all the amenities we needed. Other reviews have mentioned small rooms and showers or furniture that should be updated. But we found quite the opposite—a large, sparkling room and bathroom, with clean, spare, modern decor....
“Ho soggiornato per un paio di giorni ad agosto 2026 in questo hotel di Saranda, struttura nuovissima e pulitissima, gestita da uno staff giovane e gentile. Camere ampie e moderne con aria condizionata ma importante la scelta della posizione: le camere con vista mare parziale e balcone affacciano su un palazzo di diversi piani con balconi quindi poca privacy se si sta seduti fuori e rumore di chi telefona, parla, mangia; di fronte al mio balcone una famiglia di 8 persone che trascorreva parte...
