"The rooms was nice and comfortable"

"We were upset because I got this hotel because the hotel had an indoor pool and sauna. My kids were really looking forward to the pool and all were told is the pool is broken at the desk. There was nothing on the website or notification that it was close. So because the pool was close the sauna which I had been looking forward to was close. I could of got an better hotel for an lower rate but I chose this one because of the pool and rating. I was very disappointed."

"Staff was very nice and the room was fine. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. It slid downhill from right to left so both my husband and I slept on a slant all night. While the hotel was fine, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the bed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel."
