Swindelin reception

the thing I will never forget is the taxi ordered by the hotel reception! he is a first-rate swindler. At the Varna airport alley at the hotel I paid 32 Levas at 3am, the return was the day of departure at 11pm and the reception ordered me a Taxi which took me billed 80 Levas! more than double the price! Is it done on purpose or it's just a coincidence I do not know!

Really pleasant place. Possible to relax or get into any water based activity. Beach is great, clean and with all facilities. Nice views to the sea and surrounding area.

Great food, good choice and plenty of it.

Pool was very clean with lots of seating around it. The rooms were basic, could only find 2 english speaking TV channels, but that was OK. They were cleaned every day and sometimes the cleaner made clever shapes out of the towels!! I would definitely stay here again.

Отель расположен посередине зеленого поселка Албена. Заселили нас быстро, т.к. было уже 15.00, но номер не соответствовал брони: две кровати вместо одной большой; и пожеланиям - не верхний этаж. Вид из окна по мнению работников-море, по-моему: крыша столовой (фото прилагаю) с шумом вентиляторов и запахом еды в номере.Сказали,что других свободных номеров нет. 4* с особенностями: полотенца для ног на пол в ванной нет, сейф платный, по правилам в холодильник для минибара нельзя ставить свое, надо арендовать другой за доп. плату, матрасы к лежакам на пляже тоже за доп. плату, как и пляжные полотенца. Пляж замечательный:широкий, чистый с мелким песочком. Море чистое, без водорослей. Еда вкусная, но горячее готовят только из курицы и свинины, рыба - минтай или скумбрия, десерты - однообразные бисквиты с кремом и печенки. Вечера национальной еды нет. Пакетированных соков мы не видели даже для платных коктейлей. К слову ресторан отеля имеет только 3*, что по-моему было бы правильнее распространить на весь отель. Цена за проживание в середине сентября соответствует уровню услуг. Гости отеля на 90% пожилого возраста (60+)

WC bereits an der Reception defekt, es gibt immer Zwieback und Tee, essen leider nicht so besonders, Einrichtung alt, Spielplatz wurde schon abgebaut?

Wonderful family hotel

Wonderful hotel for family vacation. We spent there 7 great days. Close to the beach and in the same time very quiet. Delicious food and professional stuff. I would recommend it to all my friends.
