“This was our 3rd Best Western on a week long vacation down the coast. It was by far the best out of the three. From the front desk staff to the room and view. When we arrived we were met by Natalie with a friendly smile and greeting. We were early for our reservation so she offered up some great suggestions for lunch and also changed our room to ADA due to my Mom’s mobility issues. “They put us in a room under construction when we paid for a premium room. They tried to bill me again and then charge me some sort of tourist fee (I live in the area). They then told me I over paid through Expedia (which has never happened before) but did not offer to refund me any money. The hot tub bathtub was nice but be sure to bring your own toiletries, pen etc. They did have a coupon for Lumberjacks breakfast but the service was terrible and they were very insulting at check in.”
