As a family of 5 we had a superb holiday at the Ocean suites. We had a ground floor apartment with garden and pool access which worked really well. We’d definately go back. The only criticism I have are the hedges around garden were in need of trim and cutting back as too overgrown and all food options were quite expensive, although we found a great Italian just outside Pine Cliffs on main road. A great place overall, we would highly recommend.

Exceptional resort with unique sourrounding, excellent housing and perfect facilities. The suites, the breakfast, the pools, the fitness corner, the spa, the garden, the service, the tennis and padel courts, the children playgrounds, the minigolf, everything is made with love and huge dedication to the highest standard possible. The pine cliffs offers a piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy your holidays.

beautiful property, great room, clean, quiet, spacious, wondering staff, delicious breakfast, and absolutely stunning beach, great lunch place on the beach, only - oo many children, the hotel is huge and felt like we are in an all inclusive resort in Mexico - so prob great to be there w kids, but when traveling as a couple - next time will stay elsewhere,

This is a beautiful property with an amazing beach. The 2 bedroom was suite was perfect for the 4 of us. Several restaurants within walking distance.

The entire property was in pristine condition, the room, the spa, restaurants and all other public areas. My only regret is only being able to stay there for two nights due to a tight travel schedule. We have promised to return and stay on the property for an entire week!

Beautiful Family resort

The Ocean suites are brilliant. Pools are lovely. Facilities, beach, surroundings grounds are idyllic. It is perfect for a holiday with kids - so much to do and areas to wander around. Felt very relaxing. Hotel staff are lovely and helpful. Downsides - not much variety for food and restaurants within the resort. Half of them closed or you can’t get a reservation. All of the kids food was covered in salt and not much variety or healthy options. Also the staff in the fine dining restaurants (particularly o pescador where we ate twice) are not as friendly or helpful and service is not 5 star quality. But staff at breakfast and the cafe and within the hotel/reception are very lovely and helpful. Overall I would return and felt like it was very good value for money.

Not worth the money

Stayed in the 2 room suite with my wife and 2 y/o daughter. We were told we were the 3 guests to use the room so it was very clean. Has a full well stocked kitchen and large fried/freezer. Wifi was free and fast in the lobby area but a daily charge elsewhere. Food is excellent but extremely expensive. The spa (also new) staff was terrible with communication on when/what to bring. They also only had one size of sandles which didn't fit my feet (big feet) and the robes were all only in size large so I might as well have been walking around nude. Also both men & women are easily viewed in the changing/shower room anytime someone opens the door. We also used their kids area daycare service for half a day while we were in the spa. Very nice but 90€ for 5 hours? Really??? Our last vacation was an overwater bungalow in the Maldives where we had a personal butler for all our needs and it cost less per night. I will not be going back to this hotel for this reason. They should be charging a fraction of the costs given the more reasonable rates at neighboring hotels. The environment and services are better but not at the costs this hotel asks.
