“Nice staff and Clean, safety place!”

“First, Id like to say the hotel was great. It's a beautiful place to stay. Rooms spacious, super clean, and really a unique feel. My only issue was some verbiage I heard from staff. I had called regarding a charge prior to visit , when it was stated "pay at property". It was explained it is a hold, which is fine, but was also mentioned that "that's why they dislike expedia and third party sites, cause no one knows what's going on". I then , during my visit, heard an employee say to another...

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“We loved the fact there there are no children allowed in the pool/hot tub area. Romantic & quiet . The staff was friendly and provided a tour beforehand and the homemade breakfast… what else do we want for a relaxing vacation. We will be back after finding this gem.”

“We only stayed one night, and the only complaint we had was that the bathroom door had a window in it that you could not cover. Really odd!”

“Clean room and good bed. Quiet after 10 PM. Overall this is is good place to stay.”

“Everything is good.”

“Excellent location for those who don’t have a vehicle. Buses are free and take you to many areas of town. We took the train to Santa Fe for the day which was enjoyable. If you want a great supermarket with takeout try El Super!”

“깨끗하고 서비스 좋아요. 다만 주변이 다소 시끄러운게 단점. 그래도 직원도 친절하고 호텔 식당 및 주변 식당들이 맛있어서 좋았어요.”

“Property is convenient if you are traveling on 40 West. Dog friendly. Property is starting to look worn out. Looks like the owners need to invest in refurbishing the property. Also, the outside needs to be better maintained. There is dog poop all over. Suggest they install signs for people to pick up their dog waste or face additional fines.”

“This was our second stay and we didn't enjoy it as much as we did 3/4 years ago. Seriously, $6 waters in the room, which cost them 60 cents? Just don't provide it if that's what you intend to charge people. I had to call the front desk for the internet password as it wasn't provided in the room or at check-in. I'm not sure if they normally try to charge guests for the internet, as it was unclear when trying to connect without the password. We reserved a room for two adults and a child with a...
