"Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Boutique-Hotel in Alcúdia! Von Anfang an haben wir uns rundum wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich – hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich grossgeschrieben. Das Buffet war einfach hervorragend: alles super frisch, unglaublich lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön, stilvoll eingerichtet und bieten höchsten Wohlfühlkomfort. Man merkt in jedem Detail, wie viel Herzblut und Liebe in diesem Hotel steckt. Ein Ort zum Entspannen, Geniessen und Wohlfühlen! Fazit: einfach grandios! Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit!"

"Loved the location. Excellent place to relax and spend some quality time with family. Great for families with kids as there is plenty of entertainment at the hotel to keep you engaged. There was no need for going anywhere. The entertainment team had some sessions of archery and rifle shooting. Kudos to the entire entertainment team. Andres, Jonathan, and all others were great. The location is next to the beach with private access which has got lovely waters. The sunrise moment is best to cherish. The rooms are nice with excellent service. The swimming pools are good. Being a veggie and vegan, there are limited food options but surely the chefs went extra mile to prepare food dishes to meet our dietary needs. Good value for money. The service and response from the staff is great. Enjoyed every minute of the stay."

"Coup de cœur pour la terrasse sur le toit, l’emplacement direct sur le bord de la mer, les commodités modernes. Chambres mal insonorisées. On entend le bruit des voyageurs dans les chambres avoisinantes et le couloir, et la musique des spectacles qui ne terminent pas avant 22:30 Bon service à la clientèle."

"Great place to stay, right in between Pollenca and Alcudia so lots to do around and lots to do in the resort. Would definitely stay again but one thing that stood out was, despite breakfast closing at 10:30am, when we arrived at around 10, food on the buffet was already being put away and tables cleared right next to us. If breakfast is supposed to shut at 10:30 I should not be limited to what I can eat or where I can sit until that time, doing so massively reduces the experience. Other than that great place, terrace rooms are wonderful."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The cleaning was excellent and I really enjoyed the food. I would say there could have been more vegetable options. Some nights it was great, with asparagus, broccoli, peppers etc but other nights there were a lot of potato varieties and limited veg. At breakfast I found a lot of the pastries and waffles were quite dry but it did save me some weight gain! I was a bit annoyed that it says there is an airport shuttle and when I asked about it, it was over 90 euros yet when I got a regular taxi, one way it was only 81 and the other way 70 something so I’m not sure what they are providing that warrants the extra cost when I was already paying around £200 a night for a very basic room. They commented that next year guests will be required to pay to use the kimena pool, this was the nicer pool with a nicer temp whereas the the other pool is very small and freezing so that would put me off staying there again. Again, why are the basic rooms priced so high if you can’t even have the facilities included. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I have stayed in nicer hotels for a similar price. Hector who worked in the bar was lovely and made a mean espresso martini! Shout out for being so friendly and kind."
