Staff went above and beyond especially considering I’d arrived a day early ! The manager and reception staff went out of their way to resolve the situation. Restaurant excellent, would recommend.

Beech Hill Hotel & Spa
Mountains of stairs from car park to room not good for elderly or those with heavy cases.Spar supposed open at 9am 9.05 no staff were available to allow entry.Food was good although extensive menu of past replacement with quick junk food Expected refurbishment for next two years,

We stayed here just as a stop over and it was a very small and low double bed in a huge room. It wasnt the cleanest so I was glad I had slippers with me. They have multiple buildings on the property. We had 2 rooms, not in the same building. Both were excellent, but one was superior and also had a washer/dryer.
