"We stayed in early March when next to nobody was holidaying. Essentially, we had the estate to ourselves! The breakfast was worthwhile. The room and facility was immaculate and beautifully presented. Even in peak season, the expansive estate offers tranquility and long views over patures to the Atlantic which is an easy 1km stroll to dramtic cliffs and the Fishermas trail. "Friendly staff. Warm room even in February rain. It was special to stay in an historic building with fantastic views of the region. Easy walk into the castle, restaurant centre of town. The cat was friendly too. "
