Alentejo, Portugal hotel rooms at the Independent

"The rooms at the hotel were large and spotless. Housekeeping staff cleaned your room daily. Mauro at reception was professional and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had good selection and was kept hot in Dutch ovens. I had a massage at the spa, the masseur was phenomenal. The indoor pool and gym were an added bonus. Don’t forget swim caps if you want to use the pool. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for your trip to Evora! "

Team guides us to the best place for lunch, made reservations and called us a Taxi. Breakfast is a must at this Hotel, the options were surreal and delicious, you can’t beat the price or get a better breakfast for the price! "

"We stayed at the Sao Lourenco do Barrocal in November and it was the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived we were met with incredible concierge service to help plan our weekend and show us our incredible suite. We did a winemaking tour and class along with an olive oil making and class as well as Pilates and all three were great! I am blanking on the instructor names but each were incredibly knowledgeable and we felt spoiled each leg. The food in the restaurant was also incredible. The dinner was great, but the breakfast was equally as impressive. 10/10 would recccomend! "
