“Unit was great. Dryer did not work. Hallways and door to unit are pretty shabby.But it was great to help my daughter recover from surgery.”

“Stay and everything was good. Place is close to the airport and a short drive to other attractions. The only concern was the lack of communication about the property instructions and check-in rules. And a very disturbing conversation with a We Host Customer support begging for the WiFi password!! If these information was give before hand, everything would have been grate.”

“Location and access were great except for the significant construction happening right next to the building on two high rise condo complexes. The space is nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. I would recommend that the carpets be cleaned and avoid using artificial plug in fragrance. I did not use the kitchen, dining or living room, but they were tidy and equipped with cooking and food prep tools. I’m sure having access to the pool would be fun! Very nice gym, too!”

“Super clean, convenient and spacious. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the property while moving her out of her college dorm. The apartment was extremely clean, nice plush carpet and comfortable beds. The terrace is a very nice to have with a table and comfortable chairs provided. Parking was $20 a day- not bad for the area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. The Front Desk staff was delightful especially Cameron. “This property is horrible. It is not inhabitable, yet alone worthy of being rented out to guests. There is black mold growing on the bath tube! The entire unit reeks of mold odors. In fact, as soon as you enter the building’s front lobby, you can smell the mold. As an Engineer who designs major infrastructure for a living, I would highly recommend against occupying the dwelling unit advertised on this page. It is unsafe, and unfit to house humans. Black mold can cause serious respiratory issues!...

“Great location. The overall condition of the condo was very good. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning....it was 80 degrees the entire time. When we talked to the management company, we were told it was a "city issue" and no effort to change it. Also, no wash clothes, hand towels, or coffee to make.”

“This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes. “We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient ”
