The room was clean & staff were cordial. It seemed like they were a bit short staffed, and the lifeguards at the water park weren’t always paying close attention. I did appreciate the activities for kids on the weekend. No continental breakfast was a bit of a bummer, but we knew ahead.

Everything was terrible. Waterpark was closed. We didn't receive notification of closure. Staff and Manager were rude and dismissive. Room and pool area are very run down. We saw 2 other people at hotel..no wonder everything was disgusting..will tell everyone we know about our awful experiences. Google site said water park was open..false advertisement

Lovely stay at the waterpark - it was low key - and just what we needed - we loved the convieniece of the hotel to the water park. The indoor pool in the actual hotel was under construction, so we got free passes to the water park - which was great! If your looking for something super fancy - go elsewhere; but if you are looking for a great time thats super low key, this is just the place!
