"Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

They were extremely understanding when I made an error in my food choice and helped me pick something else, reassured me that the mistake was honest and were so polite about it.
