The owner, Pasquale, was extremely friendly and assisted in making our trip wonderful, along with his adorable dogs, with restaurant suggestions and great conversation. The complimentary breakfast was homemade and delicious, and the service was warm and inviting! The room was comfortable and cozy. The property's vineyards and orchards were breathtaking. The pool was glorious overlooking the property. The location was nearby some beautiful sites and a superb restaurant. It's a great spot for exploring Alghero, Bosa and the gorgeous coast. Highly recommend!

Casa degli Ulivi lays between olive trees with a great view into the beautiful landscape. Our room was clean and for our 2 night stay totally fine - we could have stayed longer, it was cozy. The breakfast is typical italian with lots of sweets. You can order some toast and coffee. We would recommend staying at Casa degli ulivi.

Highly recommended! Quiet, Organic, Natural

Set amongst fields of organic olives and fruits, this farm house retreat is an oasis to be treasured. Run by a lovely couple, we very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast, although not a large selection, featured organic fruits and honey straight from the farm/surrounding fields. A lovely selection of jams and cakes were home made by them. Also provided were a selection or organic/natural shower gells and soups for those chemically conscious. If you would like a quiet place to relax, swim and enjoy all things natural then this is sure to delight you.

Excellent location. Issues with ownership

First good things - hotel is newly refurbished, well located (close access to beaches, Alghero, attractions, ….), nice swimming pool and nature (fruits, grapes, etc…). All the rest of the staff (except the owner) were fantastic, well intentioned and glad to be there to help you. Bad thinks - jacuzzi not operational and nobody informed. Owner need to understand that he drives a business and not his own house, guests are paying for the services and not begging for his goodwill when he wants. Very little patience with kids and animals, then if you have those pick another place to be (in the area there are many). Traffic - if you are driving at night the access to the property can be a bit dangerous, road ingress with little/unclear signs.

Super cadre. Personnel attentif, le petit déjeuner est parfait, le patron est de bon conseil Point central pour découvrir la région, parking, des chambres sympas et propres. Ce n’est pas un hôtel et il ne faut pas s’attendre à un hôtel. Idéal pour les familles, grands espaces.

Bien dans l ensemble

Dans les vignes mais proche de la route (que l on entends pas mal quand les cigales se taisent). Tres belle piscine. Petit dejeuner moyen. A 20mn d Alghero qui est une tres belle ville, et tres sympa le soir. Le personnel est accueillant et sympa. Bon wifi.

Vorsicht, es kann so oder so ausgehen

Wenn man nicht das bekommt, was gebucht war ist es schwierig. Die Gastgeber waren durchweg nett und bemüht, daran gibt es nicht zu mäkeln. Der Rest war aber halt schwach. Gebucht war eine One Bedroom Suite , mit 45 qm Größe. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer im 3. Stock direkt unterm Dach mit niedrigen Decken und Fenstern und Jugendherbergscharme. Das das gebuchte Zimmer erstens mit knapp 30 qm deutlich kleiner war als gebucht und zweitens nicht der Buchungsbestätigung entsprach quittierte der Inhaber mit : "Tut mir leid , aber wir sind ausgebucht" Soviel zum Zimmer. Die Anlage ist ca. 12 km außerhalb von Alghero gelegen. 11 Zimmer + Pool. Für Ruhesuchende ideal, wenn man nicht das Pech hat den Pool mit 4 französischen Familien mit insgesamt 10 Kindern im Alter zwischen 2 und 8 teilen muss. Laut Angebot bei hotel.com verfügt die Anlage über ein Restaurant. Leider befindet sich dieses am anderen Ende der Grundstücks und somit 5-8 Fahrminuten entfernt. Der beschriebene Innenpool ist ein "Fehler" in der Beschreibung und der Whirlpool war währen des 7 tägigen Aufenthalts nicht einmal in Betrieb. Die Anlage wurde also mit völlig anderen Voraussetzungen gebucht. Daher kann das Fazit nicht positiv ausfallen. Trotzdem waren die Gastgeber nett und bemüht, konnten und wollten aber keines des auftretenden Probleme zu unserer Zufriedenheit lösen. Daher würden wir von einem Besuch abraten.

El servicio fue amable y dio facilidades en todo momento. La finca de viñas no era accesible y el jacuzzi que se ve en las fotos no estaba operativo. Por lo demás, bastante buena estancia aunque un poco caro en nuestra opinión.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. L'endroit est très bien situé pour visité la côte nord-ouest de l'île, prêt de très belles plages, la propreté irréprochable des lieus au calme, tout était parfait comme la gentillesse, la sympathie de nos hôtes et leur disponibilité, on se sentait comme chez soi. Super petit déjeuné avec des produits frais issus de leurs terroirs. Super conseille de genaro pour les bons restaurants. allé s'y vous n'aurez qu'une seul envies s'est d'y retourné au plus vite. Bien placé si on a une voiture, très bon accueil personnel très sympa petit bémol sur le propriétaire qui pousse un peu a visiter Assinara des votre arrivée et réserve pour vous moyennant 5 euros par personne pour sa poche, bar payant dans le frigo de la chambre indiqué nul part ni même les prix. Piscine un peu petite Excellent petit déjeuner gâteaux maison et la propriétaire est adorable aux petits soins pour ses clients Literie moyenne

Very nice Agriturismo

We stayed for 2 nights in this great Agriturismo not too far away from Alghero and some very nice beaches. Rooms are simple but very clean. Very nice view from the terrace and garden over the fields. Excellent breakfast, but not a great variety. We can recommend a stay here!

Beautiful property, family friendly.

This is a beautifully restored and well maintained farm property, just as shown in the pictures. The host family are great, very friendly and helpful with local suggestions and restaurant reservations. Rooms are ok, and the outside areas of the property are gorgeous. Lovely views over peach trees and grape vines, and small hills in the distance. Nice areas to sit and relax. There are many chickens in the farm, and two of the friendliest & laziest dogs on this planet. We are not a very dog friendly family, but absolutely the two dogs. This is in a lovely area of Sardinia too... great beaches nearby (e.g. Mugoni) and a wonderful Grotto di Nettuno, which is worth a visit if you have time. A car is a must. A nice breakfast is served at the property. And there are two absolutely brilliant "agriristorantes" nearby too, one is called Le Pinnette and the other is Sa Mandra.
