Very nice room with a balcony on the third floor. Great room with a fridge and electric teakettle. The bathroom fan was very whiny, needs some work. Host was great to work with. Great 2 night stop. The Banto Sarda Pizzaria nearby was really good!

Close to Maria Pia and nice and clean

We liked it and we were comfortable there, helpful and friendly owners, nice big balcony, free parkering just outside, very fresh towels and bed sheets. And close to the beautiful beach Maria Pia. I did not love the key situation, just one key and we had to lock and then put it in the wall to get electricity. I really think it would be a good idea to change that, if you pull the key, there is no light to see what key and where, like if there would be an emergency. Also not so cold fridge and some shadow on the balcony would be nice. But we still think it is good value and comfortable and very clean!

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The balcony was a nice plus since you could sit and read or have a cup of coffee in the early morning. There is no reception so it feels more like an Airbnb. The place is only a few blocks from the different beaches and about 2 km from the old town which is absolutely stunning.

Nice location, confortable modern house

Stayed 2 days at the house. It has a nice modern decoration. The only downside was that there was no cutlery only some paper plates, no toaster, only a microwave. It's hard to have a decent breakfast like this. Had to buy plastic knifes and spoons.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und die ganze Anlage gepflegt. Die Lage ist nicht ideal, aber das weiß man vor dem buchen (ca. 45min ins Zentrum). Der nächstgelegene stand ist sehr schön. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten wenn wir in Alghero sind.

Struttura scelta per la vicinanza al mare, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Camera pulita, riassettata ogni due giorni. Gabriele sempre presente, disponibile a soddisfare ogni bisogno! Ultima di maggio parcheggio disponibile all'estero della struttura. Consigliatissimo!

Eine gut gelegene Unterkunft! Nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt! Sehr nette Gastgeber. Leider ist das Zimmer, trotz Doppelzimmer Superior, sehr klein, aber sehr sauber. Diese Unterkunft empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Omwille van een miscommunicatie tussen de eigenaar en expedia hadden we niet de juiste kamer gekregen, er werd snel naar een oplossing gezocht en dankzij de snelle en goede communicatie hebben we alsnog een heel fijn verblijf gehad. We hadden ‘s ochtends wel last van de drukke baan die nabij gelegen was.
