"Very nice hotel, with nice facilities e.g pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and helpful and the decor of the hotel was very nice."

"No fridge in room, no working safe, had to pay for ice, told I could pay for iron rental by card, staff refused, said cash only once we got there. Put on 2 separate floors as I was being told I’d made 2 separate booking -which I hadn’t, he did change us in the end but was inconvenience for him. Every time you went to reception, everyone disappeared, didn’t want to help at all"
