The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shopping and dining places within walking distance. Front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Front desk is staffed 24 hrs so convenient when something is needed.

This is our second stay so thats saying something. Its in a great location, staff are great, their restuarants got really yummy food mainly pizza tho, but yummy all the same. Short walk to centre of town and eateries. Only down side is thier pool is in the shade .

Great location thats walkable to shops. Very spacious room and the bathrooms big too. Couldve done with a microwave but we lived thru that . Lolthe grounds in the hotel were good too. The pool was in an odd spot . All in all we loved this hotel as were going back in a weeks time on way back home

The room was a good size. But it was dated. The TV was very old, the table was very worn,no USB to charge your phone by the bed, the toilet was leaking. Had to close the toilet door because of the noise. The room wasn't cleaned daily. It is a great location. Close to the city centre. But the gate to the garage was broken, but they had a locked and you got the lock code at after 10 pm which was comforting to your vehicle were safe. The front desk staff was very good and helpful.

Nice hotel in a central and convenient location. Good bed, two good pillows each and bed lights - always essentials for a comfortable stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. The only downside was that there are no balconies on this older style hotel. But a very pleasant and comfortable stay non-the-less.

This is in a great location right in the town. Very convenient. It's comfortable with a nice bed, aircon The only 2 issues we had The first is the shower was a little dirty. The other issue was the shouting and arguing by the local people in Todd mall almost every night. This is no fault of the hotel, but something to note. After a few days we got used to it.

The hotel was ok to stay in. The rooms were nice, great water pressure, conveniently located. We chose this hotel because it was the pickup point for our tour. Our only complaint (actually, my wife's, not mine) was that the carpeting in our room was old and stained. We were told by several people not to go out at night because Alice Springs is not safe. We googled it, that is true, it is the 18th most dangerous city in the world. But that is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel has a nice Italian restaurant attached to it, so there really is no need to go out at night.
