Alicia Panoramic Hills, Central Visayas hotel rooms at the Independent

"Initially, had an issue with the AC unit in my room and toilet was clogged. I requested a room transfer from the front desk staff and they promptly moved me to another room with better AC unit. Our rooms are directly in front of the beach making the view both for sunrise and sunset surreal. All the staffs of the resort were hospitable and warm when they welcomed us. I would just want to request for some good music in the dinning and pool area as it improves the mood and atmosphere. Also, if the resort can make sure that the beach front is always cleaned. My niece found a broken glass in the sand, and it made us worry for safety reason. Overall, I and my family had a great time in the resort even though it was just for a night. The restaurant menu and portion of servings was adequate and prices are reasonable. (please change the high chair for the kids - my nephew fell to the floor because it was broken) The rooms we were assigned to were well maintained. Loved the Massage service and area offered as well (better if the massage beds were more sturdy.. hehe), you have option to do the massage in your room though. The swimming pools are clean with 3 different depths (3ft, 4ft and 5ft) which I am truly happy because the children we were with had so much fun. They also offer day tours around Anda, Bohol (which we were not able to avail due to the limited time that we have). I would highly recommend staying in this resort and will surely come back again."
