"Firstly, the room I had selected was not allocated to me upon arrival, which was disappointing.
Secondly, most of the rooms are outdated and appear to have been poorly maintained. For the price charged, I expected a much better standard of accommodation.
Lastly, I requested a baby bassinet before my stay, but no one informed me of any associated charges at the time of the request or during check-in. I was only told about the fee at checkout, which showed a complete lack of transparency. I...
