Great location and helpful staff. Perfect for a short stay. Enjoyed the pub downstairs when it was raining. Also within walking distance to shops and other dining areas. Rooms also were modern and clean.

We were unable to get home from a holiday due to flooding so we stayed 2 nights at the Windsor Castle. It was comfortable, quiet, clean and the room was quite spacious. The added bonus was having the bar and restaurant downstairs serving good food.

Only one issue

The only problem we had with our stay was the entrance door to the hallway where all the rooms were located. The door slammed everytime someone come and left disturbing peace and sleep. Our room was closest to the door. My suggestion that it be changed to a door that doesn't slam or put a sign on the door informing patrons not to let the door slam
