I really enjoyed my stay at Naya Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. Everything was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

A decent hotel for a couple of nights, pretty central and fairly modern. Good value for money as well. Parking was a bit strange, in a cramped car park with very limited space.

朝食は事前に注文して配達されるものを食べる形。 ホットドッグなど簡素なものが多い。正直あまりお腹は膨れない。 毎回無料でベッドメイクやボトルの水を補充してくれるのは助かる。 近くにCUという韓国系のコンビニがあるので、買い出しも便利。 建物が一部改装中なのか、工事の音が響く。また、隣室の声も丸聞こえ。 スタッフは親切ではあるが、あまり英語は通じない。 ロシア語が通じる。 駐車場はあるので、タクシーなどで来ることも可能。

Personnel très désagréableet pas du tout professionnel, les 2 filles à l’accueil de vrais pestes,pas d’eau chaude dans notre chambre, hôtel sale. A notre arrivée, ils nous ont mis dans un placard faisant office de chambre avec un lit 2 places collé au mur, on n’a dû leur dire qu’il était hors de question qu’on dorme dans un placard.Le comble de tout ça c’est que le soir une des filles qui était à l’accueil dormait dedans. Le nettoyage de la chambre n’est pas fait. Alors le petit déjeuner je ne veux même pas en parler.je ne recommande vraiment pas. Le seul point positif c’est qu’il est bien situé.

L’hôtel est très bien situé proche du métro et des principaux sites de la ville (20 mins à pied). Le personnel est très serviable. On peut laisser les bagages en consigne. Attention le petit déjeuner est juste constitué d’œuf avec salade et pain ou porridge provenant du café voisin servi en barquette dans le chambre. Cela nous convenait. Si vous ne demandez pas on ne vous nettoiera pas la chambre. Elle n’était pas très propre. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien dans la chambre.
