"Our room was on the top floor so getting our bags up was a struggle, but a member of staff helped us, so all good. Room was fine, en suite clean and good. Food downstairs was top notch, truly good. Enjoyed our stay."

"One of the quirkiest places I've stayed in so far this year. It is close to the A1 thus road noise, especially on hot evenings was noticeable, if a light sleeper perhaps not the best choice, Breakfast was good, and it is most convenient for visiting the area."

"The property is being renovated, nearly finished downstairs and very nice. The staff are very good, friendly and helpful. Wi fi is good. Dinner and breakfast is fine and served without a long wait.We would stay again, as it is central and has a nice beer garden, which would be very nice in hot weather. Thank you Dusty and Allan."
