“Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub ☀️ Das gesamte Team ist unfassbar nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Angebote sind super für die ganze Familie (vllt kann man diese am Vorabend bereits auslegen, wir haben leider viel verpasst weil es früh morgens gestartet ist oder wir schon andere Pläne hatten). Die Lage ist wunderschön, im Ort selber kann man nicht viel machen, dafür gibt es aber die Möglichkeit kostenlosen mit der RB (150m entfernt) zu fahren. Im Sommer braucht es mehr Liegen am Pool...
“Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful clean room with a pretty view. Close to all that I wanted to see. Peaceful, no shops or cafes but all you needed was at the hotel. Ample selection of food. Lovely place”
“아들과 둘이 호텔에 숙박하였습니다 처음 배정받은 방에 창문 유리가 깨져 있었습니다 직원한테 이야기 하니 리셉션 직원 둘중 한명이 유리가 깨진방이라는걸 알고 있었습니다 그 사실을 알고도 방을 배정 했다는 사실에 굉장히 화가났습니다 새로 배정받은 방은 객실키가 한개는 작동하지 않았습니다 리셉션에 이야기 하니 자기들은 이유를 모른다고 하면서 저한테 객실키가 작동하지 않은 이유를 아냐고 묻더군요. 정말 당황스럽고 황당한 질문 이었습니다. 직원들이 손님을 대하는 태도가 정말 무례하고 기분이 나빴습니다. 서비스 관련 교육이 정말 필요한 직원들 이었습니다.절대로 추천 하고 싶지 않은 호텔 입니다”

"숙박비가 비싼 도시에서 가격대비 아주 만족한 숙소였습니다. 리노베이션을 한지 얼마 안되어서 깨끗하고 편의시설도 만족합니다. 기차역 바로 앞에 위치해있고, 냉장고가 방안에 없지만 로비에 음식을 맡길 수 있습니다. 지하에 세탁실이 있는것도 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 훌륭했고 직원들도 친절했습니다."
